Heating Plans

Plan 1: Comprehensive Service Coverage = $239.95

Plan 1 Comprehensive Service Coverage will give you peace of mind throughout the heating season with a Pre-Season Tune-up, protection from most break-downs including parts & labor listed below, plus 24-hour emergency service.

 

Plan 1 coverage is effective from June 1st to May 31st, and is extended to our Automatic Delivery Customers only.

 

Pre-Season Tune-Up includes:

·        Clean your oil burner

·        Replace oil filter & oil burner nozzle

·        Inspect flue pipes and chimney stack

·        Check and clean strainers, electrodes & nozzle

·        Lubricate blower, circulator or water pump motor

·        Adjust air and oil mixture

·        Cement air leaks

·        Check and adjust fan belt

·        Adjust ignition

·        Test all operating and safety controls

·        Perform efficiency check using combustion testing equipment

·        Adjust heating unit to maximum efficiency

 

Labor & Parts:

·        Once your heating system is operating at maximum efficiency, any parts listed below will be repaired or replaced without extra charges:

o       Aquastat, Fan Motor, Electrodes, Nozzle, Ignition Leads, Burner Motor, Pressuretol, Stack or Circulator Relay, Fuel Oil Pump, Transformer, Standard Thermostat & Circulator Motor (Main Living Area Zone), Draft Regulator, Combination Heating & Air Conditioning Blower Motor 50% Allowance

 

·        Labor is covered only for repairs and replacement part of listed parts. Labor for additional parts will be charged at the rates in effect at the time.

 

Emergency Service:

·        24-hour emergency service will be performed for no-heat, serious fuel leak, or dangerous situation.

·        Priority dispatch for any repair calls during our regular working hours (M-F, 8am – 4pm).

 

Optional Coverage:
·        Additional Standard Thermostat $15.00

·        Additional Circulator Motor $30.00

·        Oil Fired Water Heater (Tune-Up, Burner Parts & Labor) $84.95


Plans 1 is an oil burner service agreement, and does not obligate us for repairs due to boiler or furnace failures. Repairs not covered for defects in radiators, water logged expansion tanks, water leaks, piping systems, flow valves, relief valves, pressure reducing valves, circulator bearing assembly, zone valves, domestic hot water equipment and accessories, or hot water coils. Service or repair of duct work, registers and air conditioning or humidifier equipment is excluded. Also excluded are service calls due to failure of electricity, fuel storage tanks, oil supply, fill or vent piping. Labor and material for any of the above will be billed at hourly rates in effect.
 

Plan 2: Pre-Season Tune Up = $149.95

With Plan 2, we will provide a Pre-Season Tune-Up between June 1st – Oct 31st to give your heating equipment maximum efficiency.

 

Pre-Season Tune-Up includes:

·        Same coverage as Plan 1 above

 

Labor & Parts:

·        Additional charges may be assessed if regular maintenance has not been performed or equipment is neglected, damaged or obsolete. Any labor & parts at time of service or during the heating season will be additional charges at the rate in effect at the time.

·        There is a 30-day labor warranty from date of service of the Tune-Up performed. Parts installed or replaced are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.


Optional Coverage:
·        Oil Fired Hot Water Heater (Tune-Up) $59.95


General Terms & Conditions for Heating Service Plans

  1. This Agreement is available as an additional service to credit-approved, automatic delivery customers of Senick, Inc.'s heating oil. This Agreement will automatically terminate if the customer ceases to use Senick, Inc.'s heating oil, fails to pay for all fuel oil, parts, labor or other chargeable items when due, or renders or permits anyone other than the Senick, Inc. to service the burner and equipment, unless so instructed beforehand by Senick, Inc. There shall be no obligation upon Senick, Inc. to perform any service or provide parts after termination of this Agreement. Upon termination, there shall be no refunds or credits allowed.
  2. This agreement is offered to new burner service accounts subject to inspection and approval of equipment; any repairs required to replace equipment in acceptable condition are excluded and will be charged separately. Prices quoted refer to most domestic type burners and shall be limited to equipment rated at a maximum firing rate of 1.50 gallons per hour.
  3. Prices quoted refer to domestic type heating equipment only. Prices on other types available on request.
  4. This Agreement does not include equipment failures resulting from customer's refusal of automatic delivery.
  5. This Agreement is non-transferable, and does not cover general electric, low pressure of vaporizing oil burners.
  6. This Agreement does not cover repair service of oil burner equipment damaged due to fire, flood, lightning, freeze-up, and other acts of God; nor Local, State, or Federal Government Acts or Requests. Nor service calls caused by improper setting of thermostats or switches in "off" position; inadequate water in boiler or inadequate oil in tank; or tampering with equipment. We are not responsible for replacing obsolete parts unavailable through normal local sources of supply, or furnishing a new oil burner under Plan 1.
  7. Senick, Inc. warrants that all service performed and parts installed by it shall be in a good workmanlike manner, and fit to their particular intended use. Senick, Inc. shall be liable solely for repair to the heater or burner and related equipment caused by its negligence, but not otherwise.  And under no circumstance shall the Senick, Inc. be liable for any consequential or resultant damages or injury (including death) to persons or property, nor from damages resulting from defective heater or burner, or for loss or damage resulting from operation or non-operation of said equipment. Delays in performing service, making repairs or installation of parts, because of strikes, accidents, explosions, shortages, or other conditions beyond the control of Senick, Inc. shall excuse the Senick, Inc. for performances of this Agreement.
  8. All Promises and understandings are contained in this Agreement. No additional promises on the part of Senick, Inc. or modifications to this Agreement shall be binding unless made in writing and executed by an authorized representative of Senick, Inc.
  9. Effective date of this Agreement is the 1st day of June and expiration is the 31st of May of the following year, unless renewed. Should inspection of heating system determine that system does not qualify for Comprehensive Coverage, customer will be billed for Pre-Season Tune-Up.
  10. Heating service plan applies to address shown on reply card only. This Agreement does not cover unoccupied premises.
  11. Unless credit is established with us, cash on delivery is required at time of equipment service.
  12. Equal Payment Plan: Heating Season oil deliveries are divided into ten monthly payments from August to May. Payments are due on the 10th of the month. Heating equipment service may be included in our Budget or Pre Pay Plans, if desired, by indication on reply card.
