Payment Plans

General Terms & Conditions for All Fuel Oil Payment Plans

  1. Credit approval is necessary to begin all Fuel Oil Payment Plans. Please contact our office for a credit application. Allow approximately three weeks from the date of return to process your credit application. If approved, you will receive a letter by mail stating your credit limit established by our credit department. If credit is denied, you will be notified and we will be happy to serve you on a COD delivery basis.
  2. Automatic delivery is required for all Fuel Oil Payment Plans, and you must remain on automatic delivery during the entire program dates. Automatic delivery continues at market price when plans end unless notified by customer to discontinue automatic delivery.
  3. All deliveries are subject to a 150-gallon minimum.
  4. Customer must purchase all their fuel requirements during the program dates from Senick, Inc.
  5. All of the Fuel Oil Payment Plans are limited to gallons delivered during the program dates inclusively. Gallons may not be carried over to the following season.
  6. Fuel Oil Payment Plans are for the purchase of fuel oil only, and does not include any heating service or parts. We recommend that our customers purchase a Senick, Inc. Service Agreement plan.
  7. In the event you, the customer, should fail to keep your account current, Senick, Inc. reserves the right, but is not obligated, to terminate your participation in any or all of the Plans described herein, re-bill you for all products or services at Senick’s prevailing rates at the time such products and services were rendered, deducting such charges from any payments made by you in advance, and receive from you any deficiency including all costs of collection which shall include attorneys’ fees and court costs.
  8. These plans and all transactions with Senick, Inc. shall be governed by all and construed in accordance with Pennsylvania law.

Budget Plan Terms

  1. Budget Plan payments are due by the tenth (10th) of each month. The Budget Plan covers fuel oil purchases. However, the customer may choose to purchase a Senick, Inc. Service Agreement Plan to be included in the monthly budget payment.
  2. If Budget Plan payments are not received by the tenth (10th) of the month, or if other charges are not paid when due, Senick, Inc. may cancel your Budget Plan without prior notice. Failure to meet credit terms will result in discontinuing your credit rating and/or credit limit with our company. Any unpaid balances after 30 days are subject to a finance charge computed by applying the periodic rate of 1.5% (annual rate 18%). There is a minimum finance charge of $0.50 per month.
  3. Senick, Inc. may increase or decrease your monthly budget payment amount if it appears the cost of fuel is higher or lower than our original estimate. If we adjust your payment amount, remaining payments must be made at the new payment amount when due to maintain other benefits and protections.
  4. At the end of the Budget Plan, a $0.04 discount per gallon will be deducted automatically from your total gallon usage providing all Budget Plan payments were made by the due date. A credit will be shown on the statement at the end of the program, which you may apply to a future delivery.

 

Discount Pre-Pay Terms

  1. Payment must be received by September 15, 2009.
  2. Minimum purchase is $1,000.00.
  3. Discount Pre-Pay time period is for fuel oil deliveries beginning October 1, 2009 and ending March 31, 2010.
  4. Automatic Delivery is required throughout the Discount Pre-Pay Plan.
  5. Customer must purchase all their fuel requirements during the program dates from Senick, Inc. and must remain on automatic delivery during the program dates.  Please notify our office if you choose to be taken off automatic delivery after the prepay program has ended.
  6. Discounted price of $0.25 per gallon only applies to the amount purchased in advance during the above delivery period only.  If fuel usage exceeds the advanced purchase, subsequent deliveries will be billed at current price in effect at time of delivery. 
  7. Payment by credit card will be accepted subject to 3% non-refundable surcharge.
  8. In the event Senick, Inc. is unable to meet the obligations of the Discount Pre-Pay contract due to the failure of the company supplier to meet their obligations to our company, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the company, the liability of the company will be limited to a full refund to you of any payments which have not yet been credited towards a purchase and you agree to accept such refunds as reasonable liquidated damages.
  9. There are no buy-outs, cancellations, or refunds issued upon the completion of the Discount Pre-Pay program regardless of changes in retail fuel oil prices.  As of March 31, 2010, any remaining gallons will be a credit on your account which you may apply to a future oil deliveries or services at the retail price in effect at that time. Refunds will only be allowed due to death of the contract holder, or loss of residence. Senick, Inc. reserves the right to assess a commodity and storage fee on all unused gallons based on market conditions as of March 31, 2010.

Pay-As-You-Go

  1. Pay-As-You-Go Plan is subject to the retail market price per gallon at the time of delivery.
  2. Fuel oil deliveries are limited to one delivery at a time, with a minimum 150 gallon purchase.
  3. Payment is due within 30-days, or prior to the next delivery, whichever comes first.
  4. A discount of $0.04 per gallon is only extended to customers who have no outstanding prior balance, and pay for the current fuel oil delivery by cash, check or money order within 10 days of the delivery date.
  5. If payment is not received within 30-days, or if other charges are not paid when due, Senick, Inc. will discontinue your credit rating and/or credit limit with our company. Future oil deliveries will be made on a COD or a pre-authorized credit card basis only. Any unpaid balances after 30 days are subject to a finance charge computed by applying the periodic rate of 1.5% (annual rate 18%). There is a minimum finance charge of $0.50 per month.
