Below is a link for our credit application to open a charge account with Senick Incorporated. Please allow approximately three weeks from the date of application to complete processing. If approved you will receive, by mail, a letter stating your credit limit established by our credit department. If credit is denied, you will be notified and we will be happy to service you on a cash-on-delivery basis.

In the event your deliveries exceed the credit limit extended to you, a notice will be sent stating account balance and payments due before any further deliveries will be made.

CREDIT TERMS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

CHARGE ACCOUNTS:
     Limited to One Delivery
     Payments are due 10th of the month or prior to next delivery, whichever comes first. *Premium Billing-4 cents per gallon discount if paid within 10 days of delivery providing:
          1. You are automatic delivery basis.
          2. No outstanding balance on account.

BUDGET ACCOUNTS:
     Ten monthly payments from September to June.
     Due date is 10th of each month.
     Premium billing will be deducted automatically, credit will be shown on statement at end of budget season, providing all budget payments are made by the due date.
     Regular established payments should be made.

Balance unpaid after 30 days is subject to finance charge computed by applying the periodic rate of 1.5% (Annual Rate 18%). There is a minimum finance charge of 50 cents.

*Premium billing does not apply to kerosene.
